Notices of Proposed Residential Or Commercial Property Taxes
The 2025 Notices of Proposed Residential or commercial property Taxes, also called the "Truth in Millage" (TRIM) Notices, are sent by mail to residential or commercial property owners on Friday, August 15th, 2025. The official due date to file a petition with the Value Adjustment Board (VAB), printed on the TRIM Notice, is Tuesday, September 9th, 2025.
